TND Legal is honored to announce that our team led by Mr. Tu Vo & Mr. Du Nguyen has assisted MFast in the deal of raising $6 million in Series A funding round lead by Wavemaker Partners to expand into Southeast Asia. The round also joined by new investors Finnoventure Fund I, managed by Krungsri Finnovate, and Headline Asia, along with existing investors Do Ventures, JAFCO Asia, and Ascend Vietnam Ventures.
MFast is a financial services distribution network in Vietnam (Fintech) in Vietnam that was launched in 2017 by twin brothers Long Phan and Vinh Phan. Currently, MFast is present in all of Vietnam’s 63 cities, providing advanced technology and logistical infrastructure, and comprehensive training to empower 160,0000 active agents.
In this deal, TND Legal rendered the legal services from review to negotiation of transactional documents in order to secure the best protection of the legitimate rights and benefits of MFast and its founders.
