In The Bahamas, Caystone is regulated by the Securities Commission as an Unrestricted Fund Administrator and a Financial and Corporate Service Provider. Caystone is also regulated by the Central Bank of The Bahamas to provide Private Trust Company services.

Tulio Berdu joined the Onyx Partners team in 2019 after working as a fiduciary supervisor at a major Brazilian private bank’s Bahamas-based subsidiary. As Chief Operating Officer of Onyx Partners, he is responsible for managing the daily operations and working closely with the General Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the company in service of clients.

Mr. Berdu is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. He is also qualified as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Trust and Estate
Practitioner (TEP).
