Established in 2010, Creditcheck Partners is headquartered in Mumbai (India) with operational presence in Pune, Ludhiana, Hyderabad (all in India), Dhaka (Bangladesh), Colombo (Sri Lanka) and Nepal. Our team of 28 consultants are well versed in assisting the clients in addressing their diverse needs in this region comprising India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Bangladesh. 

On the disputes side, at Creditcheck Partners we work with a number of law firms both locally as well as globally offering asset tracing, skip traces, recoveries, litigation support, expert witness, forensics accounting, cyber forensic and other related services. 

Our due diligence services are focused on assisting clients in evaluating potential counter-parties in a variety of transactions including assessing investee companies for their market standing and reputation, evaluating senior managements suitability for a position, evaluating capabilities of vendor partners in delivering on commitments etc. The bulk of the work is focused on establishing credentials, identifying facts and information which will help our clients take an informed decision.

Nitul Shah is a co-founder of Creditcheck Partners. He has more than 21 years investigative experience of working in the field in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Nitul has worked on a number of projects across the region involving due diligence, investigations, conflicts of interest matters, security assessments and executive protection. Nitul’s cross-cultural understanding, people-management skills and his trouble- shooting abilities are often called upon by clients for sensitive projects involving internal employees, people and the enforcement authorities.

Nitul is a graduate of the University of Mumbai having specialized in accounts and economics. Nitul has travelled extensively across India and has built a network that includes enforcement authorities, regulators and government. His access across this fraternity lends efficiency and finesse to the projects he undertakes.

Prior to venturing into the investigations and research space, Nitul ran a successful business consisting of trading in auto ancillary and other machinery equipment.
