Lucky Mgimba is a Senior Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts Subordinate thereto save for the Primary Courts.

Mgimba specializes in real estate, commercial, and litigation and represents clients in all levels of litigation. He also regularly advises clients on banking and finance transactions, labor law, corporate law, extractive industries, mergers, and acquisitions. He has wide expertise in regulatory and compliance of Petroleum industry, Mining industry, and General investments which are enviable.

He has great experience in the Petroleum and Transportation industry and has been key in the development and expansion projects of several leading Petroleum Companies within the United Republic of Tanzania.
