Kamila is a final-year student (M.A.) of Management faculty of University of Lodz, Kamila specializes in Business development management. She is keen on gaining experience in consulting in its widest sense to further develop her analytical & operational skills and use management knowledge gained during her studies.
In addition to her work for Gekko advisoryNOW she holds the role of Sales Manager for Poland responsible for expanding the company’s activities to foreign market including sales development and establishing and maintaining customer relations, preparation and implementation of customer service activities in „Imima GmbH” – the trading company.
She participated in the 2023 EFC Academy meeting during the 13th European Financial Congress in Sopot. As a Finalist, she was invited to participate in the Inaugural Debate of the EFC Academy, entitled ‘What would we change in Poland and Europe’.
She took part in training courses related to management of financial projects of an international corporation, project management supported by modern cloud and mobile technologies, Agile project management and Lean Management run by EY GDS Poland, LSI Software S.A., Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o., Adaptive Group Sp. z o.o. and Godel Technologies. She is M_o_R® Foundation certified.
She took part in the 6-month Mentorship Project 2021 of University of Lodz.
She belongs to the Student Scientific Association „Real Estate” founded at the Department of Investment and Real Estate at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology at the University of Lodz. Kamila is responsible for coordinating the current activities of the association. She has organised a workshop for the association members on financing and commercialisation of real estate and co-organised an expert lecture on investing in residential properties and workshop on the commercial property management.
Holder of Linguistics for Business bachelor diploma of the University of Lodz. Kamila wrote her practical bachelor’s thesis entitled “Career opportunities for speakers of German in the hi-tech business services sector on the example of the international BPO company” defended in June 2022 in a team of three, which she supervised and coordinated.
In 2022, she was awarded the Medal for Commendable Studies for all her activities during her Bachelor’s degree.
