Torres Legal was founded in 2009 by a group of lawyers and notaries with more than 35 years of experience in business and financial preparation who practice law under the current demands of innovation and technology. Globalization has allowed them to have professional experience both in El Salvador and abroad, which makes it a solid firm and the best allies and legal advisors of companies.

The firm also specializes in different technological areas, such as new technologies in conjunction with the part of cryptoactives. In fact, they were the first law firm in the region to accept fee payments in cryptocurrencies, as well as the first firm in El Salvador to advise an ICO, which is the initial public offering of cryptocurrencies, making all the legal structure and documentation from scratch to its release to the public.
