He continues to provide high-level quality advice to a blend of international and local clientele.
Fred has a hands-on approach in attending to client’s instructions and is known for his thorough and pragmatic knowledge of the industries he advises on. He is always focused on proferring solutions which satisfy the whole spectrum of his clients’ business, commercial and legal needs. He advocates cost-effective, qualitative legal solutions.
He advises regularly on all corporate issues relating to the formation of companies, size notwithstanding, obtention of all relevant government permits and approvals, corporate governance, interfacing with all industry regulators in Nigeria, regulatory and compliance strategies, local content compliance, immigration, customs, shipping matters.
Fred is also an expert in anti-corruption matters and has for many years represented a mix of local and international clients in matters before the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Independent Corrupt Practices Commission, the Senate and House of Representatives, Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, Department of Petroleum Resources, Special Fraud Unit, Department of State Security Service, Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency and several other agencies.
He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1998 as a barrister and solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in England in 2010.
