Konrad advises and represents medium-sized and larger companies and corporations organized under private and public law. Konrad supports in practically all areas of employment law. Another focus of his work is social security law, especially company audits. Konrad is also an expert in the field of company pension schemes. He also advises our clients during restructuring and corporate acquisitions in the area of labour law. The topic of insolvency labour law rounds out his consulting approach.
Konrad obtained his university entrance qualification at the high school of the “Regensburger Domspatzen”. After studying law at the Universities of Passau and St. Petersburg, he received his doctorate in labour law from the University of Augsburg. After his legal clerkship with periods in Munich, Moscow and Los Angeles he was admitted to the bar in 2010. Hereafter he worked several years as a lawyer in large and medium-sized law firms with a focus on labour law. Konrad is a founding member of ENDEMANN.SCHMIDT and became partner in 2017.
