MELCHERS has special expertise in distribution law, gambling law, construction law, and law relating to economic and fiscal offenses among many other specialist areas. MELCHERS all-around coverage is completed by its notary’s office in Berlin.

Depending on the clients’ needs we work in individually configured teams in order to provide the best possible legal support to our clients. However, the client has always one personal contact person who is the hub for all tasks and keeps everything under control.

Many legal matters in companies are closely connected with economic and tax issues. Therefore, MELCHERS puts special emphasis on the close cooperation with auditors and tax advisors of our clients in order to ensure a comprehensive counseling.

We always try to avoid legal conflicts already in advance. If, however, a legal dispute cannot be avoided, we do, of course, represent our clients out of court and in court. 

The head office of MELCHERS is Heidelberg which is located in the economically vibrant Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region. Having offices in Frankfurt, the financial center of Germany, and in the capital Berlin we are represented at the nationally and internationally important finance and trade centers.

As a member of Transatlantic Law International and Labor Law Plus, we provide seamless services in Germany and cross-border on German issues to multinationals and other cross-border companies on a regular basis. Also as a member of Ally Law, an international network of prestigious firms, we are able to refer clients who wish to partnering counsel abroad in all economic centers around the world.

In addition to serving their clients many of our attorneys are scientifically active or are lecturers at the university. By numerous publications and close contacts to universities, our attorneys not only provide information about updated legal development and comments but also take an active part in its creation.

Dr. Dennis Voigt has extensive expertise in data protection law and GDPR compliance, as well as in IT, distribution and advertising law. He has many years of experience in advising companies on the establishment and management of (trans)national distribution structures.

His clients include companies from the IT/software, real estate, insurance, industrial/consumer goods manufacturing and retail sectors.

Furthermore, Mr. Voigt offers expatriate services – inbound and outbound.
