Colin Murray has over eight years of experience in general corporate practice working with both US and international companies. He represents clients in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, private equity transactions, and corporate governance. He began his practice at Irell & Manella in Los Angeles, where he worked with clients in a range of industries including life sciences, financial services, and sports and entertainment. He then spent several years at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, where he worked with technology companies of all sorts at various stages of development on their corporate, transactional and restructuring needs, including venture capital financings. At Dunning Rievman & MacDonald, Colin works principally on cross-border transactions between the US and Europe, and corporate governance and restructuring.
Colin earned his JD at Cornell Law School in New York, where he was an articles editor for the Cornell Law Review, and he has spent many years working in Paris. He is fluent in French and speaks some Italian.
