About Kupfer.

At Kupfer., our focus is on providing the legal insight and counseling needed to advance each client’s business interests. As strategists, negotiators, and dealmakers we offer comprehensive guidance that takes into account the specific transaction or issue as well as the client’s current endeavors and future plans. In short, we are attorneys who think like business owners.

Our clients find it great comfort to know they have found one source to serve as their outside general counsel. That is in sharp contrast to what most business owners experience as frequently they are forced to seek various disjointed referrals whenever their business grows and legal needs change.

Business owners who work with various specialty attorneys – each having only limited insight into their overall business – notice at times this results in fragmented advice with unintentional consequences. It is not that the advice is poor, it is simply formulated in a vacuum.

Our clients rely on us to provide counsel on all of their business matters – handling areas in which we have experience and expertise and when appropriate connecting them with other attorneys and professional resources who we trust in areas that we do not handle. By providing a coordinated, holistic approach to our client’s legal needs, we help them implement strategies to rapidly achieve their business objectives.
