Antonis Pantechis is a Senior Associate with the Corporate Finance department of Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC and the Head of Corporate Administration Services of Pagecorp Group. He holds a Law Degree from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a Degree in International Commercial and Shipping from the University of Hertfordshire, and he was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 2013.
Antonis has a wide-ranging expertise in corporate and commercial law and he advises both local and international high-profile clients in matters related to formation of companies in Cyprus and abroad, administration of companies and banking related matters.
