Anders Hedetoft

My legal advice is generally aimed at commercial undertakings in Denmark and abroad, and more specifically I provide legal advice in cases pertaining to national and international M&A, tax issues, corporate law and compliance. Through the years of my practice, I have represented clients in various industries, including retail, transport and aviation, energy, medical, real estate, and more.

I have practiced law since 1990 and as an experienced litigator, I have conducted a significant number of cases before the Danish courts, including the Supreme Court. I have also conducted cases before the Court of Justice of the European Union.

Serving on a number of Danish boards has provided me with a high level of expertise and valuable insight in corporate matters, both from the viewpoint as a director and from the viewpoint as legal counsel.
