Alan J. Ma joined Watanabe Ing in 2017. Mr. Ma has a broad practice that centers on real estate.
Mr. Ma has experience with real estate development, commercial and residential financing, business formation, the acquisition and sale of businesses, land use entitlements, bankruptcy, foreclosure and real estate related litigation. He also acts as a mediator for cases within his areas of expertise.
Mr. Ma is also a past secretary of the Bankruptcy Section of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association and is on the alternative dispute resolution panels of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawai‘i and the Mediation Center of the Pacific.
