Can you tell us a bit about you?
I thrive on spending time with my family, and we’re always on the lookout for new and exciting adventures, especially in the great outdoors. Exploring new places and making lasting memories together is something I cherish.
I’m also a passionate art lover, engaging with art in all forms—whether through books, TV, film, or visiting galleries. Having studied art history and visual communication, I stay connected with the art world and enjoy discovering emerging artists. Fitness is another important part of my life, and I keep active by hitting the gym and swimming regularly.
What is your role at IRG?
As the Head of Operations & Culture at IR Global, my role is to drive the strategic growth and development of both the business and our talented team. I work closely with all departments to ensure we continue to innovate and deliver value to our members. Ultimately, my goal is to create an environment where our team thrives, and IR Global continues to lead in the industry.
What brand reflects you the most and why?
I feel a strong connection with the work of The Connor Brothers – it resonates with elements of my personality. Their art, rooted in literature, blends humour, satire, and the occasional perfectly placed swear word, which I find incredibly appealing. Beyond their artistic style, I admire their commitment to social causes. They’ve used their platform to challenge public perceptions of refugees and have raised significant funds for CALM, a leading mental health charity. Their dedication to making a difference is something I deeply admire and aspire to in my own life.
What’s your biggest IRG highlight to date?
Over the past decade, one of the most rewarding experiences for me has been witnessing both our membership and the IRG team grow. What truly sets IRG apart is our incredible people – their dedication makes us the unique, dynamic, and innovative company we are today. Having been here for so long, I’ve had the privilege of hiring, developing, and expanding the amazing team that’s been instrumental in driving our success. I take great pride in the IRG crew and the impact we’ve made together.
Name something you can’t live without.
Aside from the obvious answer, my family and friends, I would have to say books. I’m a huge book lover (various genres but mostly art), and my husband often jokes that with the collection I’ve built, I could easily open a public library!
