Every year, IR Global recognise our most successful, influential and active members of the group via our ‘Member of the Year’ (MOTY) awards process.
We reach out to all IR Global members and ask for their nominations of the individuals and firms who they believe have made a significant contribution to the group. These are then shortlisted to 15 firms.
The criteria starts with referrals, both inbound and outbound. However, it is not just based on the highest level of referrals, but also other innovative and creative ideas that have been put into practice, how they are helping us and their fellow members and finally what their IR membership means to them.
