We are pleased to be visiting New Delhi for the first time for our ‘On the Road’ conference. India has been on our destination wish list for many years, so we are overjoyed to finally be able to bring IRG members.
The event itself will be hosted at the luxury 5 star Taj Palace, New Delhi which was chosen not only because of its world-renowned beauty but also, it’s convenient location in the business district, close to the airport.
For those arriving early in New Delhi, we are excited to announce several pre-event social functions hosted by our generous sponsors and local members. These informal gatherings will take place on Tuesday, 25th February, offering a great opportunity for early arrivals to connect before the main event begins.
The formal program will commence on Wednesday, 26th February, and run through Saturday, 1st March. This year’s agenda promises a balanced mix of professional and social activities, designed to facilitate meaningful connections. Highlights include an opening drinks reception at Chica at Bhikaji Cama Place, a luxury networking dinner at the Taj, and a closing reception at Ophelia. In addition to these social events, our professional programming will feature high-quality speakers, open networking opportunities, and practice area breakout sessions, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for all participants.
To conclude the event, we invite attendees to join an optional excursion on Saturday, 1st March, to explore the historic sights of New Delhi. The tour will include a morning rickshaw ride through Old Delhi, followed by a traditional lunch at the city’s iconic Kwality Restaurant. Afterward, the group will visit Humayun’s Tomb, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Please note that registration for the excursion is required, and additional costs will apply.
