She graduated from Hofstra University, Long Island, NY in 1978 with a B.A. dual degree in political science and psychology

Earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University School of Law

Has been practicing in South Florida and New York since 1983

Lisa is a member of the Bar in Florida, New York, and Washington D.C.

She was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida

She is the former president of the National Association of Women Business Owners and is an active member of the International Business Alliance, Women of Excellence, The Wealth Planning Council, Attorneys and Accountants Network of Florida, and Commercial Real Estate Women

Ricardo Coelho has been practising law in Brazil since 2007 and serves as foreign counsel to Daniels Law Group. He is a member in good standing of the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil in Minas Gerais. Ricardo has worked as both a Legal Assessor and as a Tax Auditor for several municipalities in Minas Gerais, Brazil. Upon graduating with honours from Universidade de Direito de Ipatinga, MG in 2007, with a J.D. degree Ricardo went on to earn a master’s degree in Law and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Business Administration and Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas / FGV. Ricardo’s focus is on the development and capitalization of commercial business ventures. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
