Torres Legal was founded in 2009 by a group of lawyers and notaries with more than 35 years of experience in business and financial preparation who practice law under the current demands of innovation and technology. Rebeca Galdámez has more than 6 years of experience in the practice of Private Law, specializing in the areas of Corporate Law, LegalTech, FinTech, E-Commerce, Cryptoassets, Commercial Law, Child Protection, Tax Law, Environmental Law and Human Rights.

Career

Rebeca started her professional career in 2017 as a research collaborator of the Legal Studies Department of the Salvadoran Foundation for Economic and Social Development where she supported in the elaboration of special investigations, institutional positions and conjuncture reports.

Subsequently, she entered the world of insurance companies as a legal collaborator of SISA Seguros where she supported in all types of processes with public and private institutions.

In 2019, she joined Torres Legal as a paralegal in the Corporate Department. Her commitment and outstanding work was reflected in her promotions as a lawyer in 2021 and currently as an associate lawyer and in charge of the Corporate Department of the firm.
