He also works in the field of asset management and frequently assists owners and users in their rental relationships.

- On behalf of Vailog (a subsidiary of Segro) as part of the drafting and negotiation of a lease in the future state of completion for a double-storey logistics warehouse (new generation platform of 50,000 m2 which will host IKEA France ) located on the Port of Gennevilliers,
- On behalf of Crédit Agricole Assurances (owner) and SCAPRIM (asset manager), as part of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu de Lyon operation, for the drafting and negotiation of leases covering all office space and shops (around 50 lots),
- On behalf of Sciences PO in connection with the acquisition of the Hôtel de l’Artillerie,
- On behalf of Bouygues Immobilier in the context of the buyout of 100% of the capital of an SAS whose purpose is to carry out a construction project (approximately 50,000 m2),
- On behalf of the CDC as part of the establishment of a partnership for the construction and operation of a mixed-use positive energy building,
- On behalf of Sciences Po as part of the project to acquire the Hôtel de l’Artillerie (Paris 6th district),
- On behalf of several institutional lessors, as part of the rental management of their real estate stock,
- In particular alongside Exane and Bpifrance in the context of the negotiation of their leasing of office premises in Paris and in the provinces.
