He graduated in law (magna cum laude) at Milan’s Università degli Studi in 1999, with a dissertation in Company Law on “La figura dell’amministratore di fatto nei gruppi: le esperienze italiana e francese” (“The Role of Shadow Directors in the Groups: Italian and French experiences“) (Supervisor Prof. Francesco Denozza).
He then worked for a leading Italian law firm, in which he became a salary partner in 2008, basing part of his activity in a law firm in the City of London.
His main concerns are litigations and arbitrations, both domestic and international, and corporate and commercial law.
He founded Greco Vitali Associati in 2012.

Before founding Greco Vitali Associati law firm, he worked for many years with one of the leading independent legal firms in Italy (NCTM – Studio Legale Associato) in which he became Salary Partner in 2008.
He also spent a working period at Berwin Leighton Paisner in London, practicing litigation and as a consultant to companies operating in the “gambling & gaming” area.
He is thus specialized in litigation and arbitration (both in Italy and abroad), specifically in relation to commercial, company, banking and bankruptcy areas.
He regularly advises clients in commercial and company matters, assisting them, also on a day-by-day basis, in the drafting of commercial contracts and issuing legal opinions on civil, commercial and company topics.
During his professional career, he also counselled clients in complex transactions involving M&A and private equity matters.
For 9 years he has been also “rappresentante comune” (Common Representative) for saving shareholders in an MTA (Mercato Telematico Azionario) listed company.
