Graduated from the Department of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw with a master’s degree thesis on appeals in civil proceedings. Afterwards, in 2014, at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Łódź, he successfully defended his doctoral degree thesis on the special appeal remedies – a petition for a declaration of incompatibility with the law of a valid sentence.
For ten years, he has gained experience in civil, commercial and criminal cases as an Assistant Judge in the courts of appeal of Warsaw. The highlight of this career path was to become an Assistant Judge at the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court in 2014.
In 2015, he became an Assistant at the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Poland. In the same year, he was registered on the list of counsels at the District Chamber of Counsels in Warsaw.
Since 2016, he has been acting as a counsel. In his career he has cooperated with Insurers – TUOP D.A.S. in Poland, Ego Hestia GmbH. He has represented a wide number of cases in the field of civil law, labour law, business cases and criminal cases. Since 2021, he has been associated full-time with DLP Dr Robert Lewandowski & Partners, where he supervises all litigation matters
In 2016 and 2017, as an expert, he participated in the legislative process of the Act of 27 November 2017 on tourist events and related tourist services and implementing acts, which is the implementation of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2015/2302 into the Polish legal order.
He is the author of many articles on Civil Procedure and the Law of Tourism. He has presented training courses and has participated in scientific conferences in the subject of the Civil Procedure on a number of occasions.
He is a tour guide and is passionate about history, especially military history.
