Since we were founded in 1999, we have specialized exclusively in employment law. According to the Juve Handbuch Wirtschaftskanzleien, we are one of the leading law firms in Germany with currently 22 lawyers.

In addition to the classic areas such as the termination of employment, this also includes numerous special topics: such as company co-determination in the supervisory board, complex stock option plans in management board contracts or advice on complex issues in connection with company pension schemes and the negotiation of company collective agreements. We have extensive practical experience in the preparation and implementation of complex restructuring measures. Our main areas of activity also include the implementation of negotiations on the reconciliation of interests and social plans, advising top executives, labor and collective bargaining law in the public sector and labor law in the churches.
