With more than 20 years’ experience in the legal profession, Justine brings qualifications in practice management, marketing and human resources to her role as Practice Manager of JCL Law Partners.
Justine has had a progressive transition into law firm management. Having worked for law firms for over two decades; from one of the largest law firms in the UK to mid-tier and boutique firms in Australia, her career affords a unique perspective that she applies to all aspects of practice support.
Working closely with James Conomos to run the busy practice and supporting all staff, Justine’s key areas of specialisation include people and culture, implementing systems and legal technologies that drive operational efficiencies and a focus on client communications and relationships.
