Jordan E. Ondatje is an attorney who focuses her practice on business and commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes guiding clients through entity formation and maintenance, tax matters, joint venture and other business agreements, and real estate matters including leasing, sales, acquisitions, and financing. Jordan also assists clients in the formation of qualified opportunity zone funds and counsels opportunity fund investors through the complex requirements to maximize their tax benefits.
