Howard is a founding partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution and the International Departments at Colman Coyle.
Within the dispute resolution field, he heads up a team of experienced lawyers who act for a wide range of clients ranging from private individuals to major international companies.
In addition to being a solicitor, Howard is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an Accredited Mediator and Adjudicator. He is one of a small number of panel members of the Technology and Construction Solicitors Association Specialist Construction Mediator’s panel.
As an experienced litigator, Howard is also familiar with all forms of dispute resolution and particularly noted for his ability to assist clients in resolving claims by means of Alternative Dispute Resolution.
In addition, over the years, Howard has been instructed in a number of significant and noteworthy cases many of which have resulted in landmark and significant reported judgments.
His work also often involves an international element and Howard is frequently asked to advise and act for, and with, both clients and lawyers in other jurisdictions throughout the world.
