After gaining extensive legal and financial market experience from law firms such as Clifford Chance (Frankfurt), Kavanagh, Maloney & Osnato (New York) or Baker & McKenzie (Vienna) as well as from the Raiffeisen bank Georges Leser started his own law firm in 2014. Additional to general business and corporate law he is specialized in the advisory of small/medium sized companies in any kind of financial market law transaction as well as in finance litigation. Further, Georges regularly assists national and international law firms with regard to the advisory of their clients on financial market law issues.
