Frédérique Gillet

Frédérique Gillet graduated from the Université Catholique Law School de Louvain-la-Neuve (1996) and postgraduated in employment law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (1997).

She has been a member of the French-speaking Brussels Bar since May 2001. Frédérique joined Everest Brussels as a partner specialised in employment law, with more than 20 years of experience in international business law firms in September 2022.

She deals with all aspects of employment law, including collective labour law, individual labour law and social security law. She advises her clients on a day-to-day basis as well as in strategic issues (e.g., restructuring, setting up of social bodies, social inspections or legal proceedings). Frédérique is a regular contributor to several law reviews in the field of employment law.
