He provides tax and accounting services to national and international companies and has significant expertise in corporate tax consultancy in particular mergers and acquisitions, company evaluations and generational transfers.
He is a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of important national and international companies.
He believes in collaboration among professionals and empowerment of young people, as the key to delivering quality service and expanding the company.
In 2016 he founded Studio Bongiorni, after having worked for more than a decade for primary tax accounting firms on a national level, such as Grant Thornton Bernoni and Studio Borioli & Colombo.
In 2004 he completed a Master degree in Business and Economics at the Università Cattolica in Piacenza.
