Irena Braxator was born in Zürich, Switzerland and studied law at the Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia (Magister iuris) and further at the Universidad Catolica Santa Maria la Antigua in Panama City, Republic of Panama (Doctor iuris, Cum Laude). She worked as a lawyer in Vaduz, Principality of Liechtenstein, New York, USA and finally in Panama City, Rep. of Panama. She built up the Panama office in 2004 and is practising international corporate and fiduciary law. She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the International Bar Association (IBA).
