Dr Brock is a bar-certified Specialist for Commercial and Corporate Law as well as Tax Law. He advises companies, board members, shareholders and wealthy private individuals throughout Germany and across borders.
One focus of his work is ongoing corporate law advice (Corporate Housekeeping & Compliance), which also includes the investigation and processing of compliance violations (Internal Investigations). He also advises on contentious disputes in corporate law and commercial law – such as shareholder disputes, directors’ and officers’ liability disputes, disputes over resolutions or post-merger disputes (Litigation). Company formations and restructurings under tax, co-determination or inheritance law aspects (Reorganisations) as well as transactions (M&A) form a further focus. Dr Brock also advises on money laundering and supply chain due diligence obligations.
