Interexpert is an economic trust group providing services in the areas of tax consultancy, auditing, bookkeeping, payroll and business consulting to its clients from industry and commerce, finance and services, as well as from the public sector.
The parent company of the Interexpert Group was founded in 1946 and has been trading since 1967 under the name Interexpert Treuhand. Under its roof, a group of economic trust companies has been set up at the Gierstergasse 6, 1120 since 1980, covering the entire range of requirements of individual companies, small and medium-sized enterprises as well as private foundations. With around 30 employees, we also have the capacity and the know-how to look after major companies and internationally operating companies. In Austria, the group consists of the

At the beginning of the 1990s joint venture companies were established in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Croatia in order to serve our clients in these markets as well. Through membership with IR Global, we can also offer our clients qualitative consulting services through our network of partner companies worldwide. We are proud of the large number of clients who have been looked after by our company for many years, and of our employees, who have been loyal to the Interexpert Group for many years. We can provide a full service program including legal address, directorship etc.
We have also now closed a new joint venture with another local accounting firm resulting in a total professional accounting, auditing and consulting headcount of 50 persons; moreover we have established a network of closely linked professionals giving us flexibility to react on clients’ demand.
WHAT WE DO
We have been dealing with accounting for decades. This includes the provision of appropriate services for companies as well as the optimization of the accounting processes of our customers on site. In the organization of external accounting, we rely on the highest possible degree of automatic integration with the information systems of the companies. In addition to the use of existing digital data stocks, this also includes the option of externally managing the customer accounting system via secure data connections or setting up digital access to the records kept for customers. In addition to the pure bookkeeping function, we also handle payment transactions, dunning and the complete group reporting for our clients.
We prepare annual financial statements in accordance with corporate and tax law as well as international standards (IFRS) and take care of the fulfillment of the statutory disclosure requirements. As part of the annual financial statements, we optimize the tax burden and provide advice on all accounting issues. Finally, we undertake group accounting for groups of companies and advise on the development and implementation of Group reporting processes. For sole proprietorships and partnerships, we generate receipts and invoices and tax returns, and for employees we handle employee assessments.
In the area of payroll accounting, we offer services ranging from simple billing through the complete fiduciary takeover of the salary payment function to employment law advice and service contract design. Most of our standard services are billed at fixed flat rates, which makes the costs for our customers transparent and easy to plan.
We have a strong tradition of serving international clients setting up local entities in Austria; these clients are coming from e.g. Germany, Russia, China, Ukraine and India.Afficher plus +
Felix Hammerschmidt has been a member of the company since 1995. In addition to national and international tax consulting, his areas of specialization include group accounting and consulting as well as auditing activities for educational and research institutions.
