Admitted to the Bar of Paris in 2003 and founder of the law firm ANDREAE ASSOCIATES, Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen has a Master in Business and Tax Law from the Sorbonne University of Paris and an MBA from the EADA Business School of Barcelona.
He worked for ten years in big international law firms like Mayer Brown, CMS Lefebvre Avocats and GGV Law Firm Paris before founding the law firm ANDREAE ASSOCIATES specialized on international tax law (in particular French-German tax law).
Dirk has been lecturer at the Sorbonne University of Paris 1 in International Business and Tax Law. He is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the French and German Lawyers Association (AJFA – Association des Juristes Franco Allemands). He is listed by the Embassy of Germany in Paris as one of the German speaking business and tax lawyers in France
Dirk Andreae-Nehlsen has developed an acknowledge expertise in the area of tax law in France. He regularly assists companies and individuals with tax and wealth management. In 2017 he has been officially considered by the notorious magazine “LEADERS LEAGUE – DECIDEURS” as one of the best tax lawyers in France and “THE” expert in French-German tax issues.
He is the co-author of the book “Tax Control and Disputes” by Lamy Editions and has published several articles in French, German and International magazines and newspapers (Les Echos, Petites Affiches, etc.)
