Brian Bouggy represents sponsors, limited partners, and operating companies in connection with capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general transactional matters. He also serves as outside general counsel to real estate development and acquisition companies.
Brian is a graduate of Purdue University and Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the Indiana Health Law Review. Brian is actively involved with the Indianapolis Boilermaker Business Exchange and the Board of Directors of the Crooked Creek Community Development Corporation.
