Experience
Anna Gołębiowska advises Polish and foreign Clients in various IP cases, including these regarding protection of brands, technology transfer, protection of confidential business information and advertising. She has significant experience in conducting intellectual property and unfair competition litigation before Polish courts as well as contentious matters before the Polish Patent Office and administrative courts. She deals with cases regarding the protection of internet domains.
Anna has advised Polish and foreign entrepreneurs for over 20 years.
She works mainly with FMCG, automotive, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and advertising sectors. She leads clients through economic matters, including intellectual property issues (trademarks, designs, copyrights), combating unfair competition (product imitation, parasitism, protection of business secrets, the so-called “shelf fees”, advertising) as well as ones regarding the protection of competition and consumers on the market.
Clients have repeatedly appreciated her experience in international rankings. The Lewiatan Court of Arbitration entered her on the list of arbitrators. And last but not least, she is the author of publications on civil procedure and intellectual property law in Poland and abroad.
