‘On the Road’ – New Orleans

The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel

10th – 14th June 2025

Dear Members,

We are excited to announce that our upcoming ‘On the Road’ conference will be held in New Orleans, a vibrant city that serves as a key hub for international business. Known for its rich cultural heritage and strategic location, New Orleans is a major port city, offering easy access to global markets, making it an ideal destination for business ventures. The city’s diverse economy spans industries such as energy, trade, technology, and tourism, providing numerous opportunities for international collaboration. With a unique blend of Southern hospitality and global business connectivity, New Orleans is the perfect setting for building relationships, forging new partnerships, and expanding your presence on the world stage.

Our event will take place just steps away from the French Quarter at the luxurious Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel. With over 130 years of history, this Grand Dame hotel is a stunning blend of elegance and architectural beauty.

For those arriving early, we are delighted to offer several pre-event social gatherings, generously hosted by our sponsors and local members. These informal events will take place on Tuesday, June 10th, providing a great opportunity for early arrivals to connect before the official start of the conference.

The formal program will kick off on Wednesday, June 11th, and run through Saturday, June 14th. This year’s agenda features a balanced mix of professional and social activities designed to foster meaningful connections. Key highlights include a walking tour, a poolside drinks reception on the rooftop of The Roosevelt Hotel, a luxury networking dinner at the New Orleans Board of Trade, and a closing reception at The Jaxson, with breathtaking views of the Mississippi River. In addition to these social events, our professional programming will feature top-tier speakers, open networking sessions, and breakout discussions focused on practice areas, ensuring an engaging experience for all attendees.

To cap off the event, we invite you to join an optional excursion on Saturday, June 14th, to explore the historic Oak Valley plantation and learn about its complex history. Please note that registration for this excursion is required, and additional costs will apply.

As always, we have secured preferential rates at the conference venue, so we encourage you to stay onsite with the majority of attendees to maximize your networking opportunities.

We look forward to welcoming you to New Orleans!
