Message from Ross Nicholls
Our 2024 ‘On the Road’ conference in Boston welcomed 170 attendees from 60+ jurisdictions from across the globe who advise a wide range of clients on their cross-border needs. The conference focused on the fantastic inbound and outbound opportunities for members, whilst providing an insight into this fascinating jurisdiction.
Professionally, we heard from thought-provoking leaders on client cultivation and how IR Global members can work together to meet the needs of their clients as well developing a position in your firm to attract and retain the best employees.
Socially there was a variety of member-hosted events, including an opening drinks reception at the Boston Public Library, exciting evening of entertainment during dinner at historical Fairmont Copley Plaza & closing drinks reception cruise. For those extending their stay joined us at the Boston Tea Party museum for a lesson in history.
We were also pleased to see so many of our members connecting, collaborating, and enjoying lots of social time in Boston over the course of the conference.
This was my first event and the networking and fellowship was amazing. It was great to put names to faces that I had communicated with in the past. It was also great to see and hear experiences of IR Global with other members.

I thoroughly enjoyed the IR Global event in Boston and think the exposure that our firm has been getting and the friendships we’ve been making will lead to great business opportunities and deeper friendships as we continue to deepen our engagement with this fantastic organization.
