Dear Members,

We are pleased to be visiting Paris for the first time for our 2024 Annual Conference. This location has been highly requested by our members over the years and we are pleased to finally be able to visit!

The event itself will be hosted at the Palais des Congrès de Paris & the Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile, Paris’s highest skyscraper. The Hyatt Regency Paris Étoile, 34 stories high, offers spectacular views over Paris and its most beautiful monuments. Ideally located between the business district of La Défense and the Champs-Elysées, it welcomes business and leisure travellers alike.

As normal, our annual conference looks to be our largest of the year, welcoming members from across the globe and hosting our bespoke Rising Stars program for the brightest talents from member firms.

In the midst of running a professional firm and managing your clients demands, it is easy to get caught up in the day to day, losing sight of the bigger picture. However, having a broader view and an eye on what lies around the corner is crucial for driving innovation and ensuring that you stay ahead of the competition. The Salle Wagram

Opening Drinks Reception

The Salle Wagram is undoubtedly Paris’ oldest entertainment venue, the last standing example of the dance halls popular in the 19th century. Its ceiling, with its paintings, railings and columns, is a listed historical monument. The reception will include drinks and canapés and offer attendees time to meet in a relaxed social setting prior to the main conference day.

MONDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER – EVENING

Pavillon d’Armenonville

Luxury Networking Dinner

A former 18th century hunting lodge, this place steeped in history was built by the Count of Armenonville, then minister of Louis XIV and responsible for royal hunting. A green area ideally located at the gates of Paris, it had the honor over the centuries of hosting great personalities from French History such as Alexandre Dumas & Marcel Proust. Now a highly sought after reception venue serving local French cuisine.

TUESDAY 24TH SEPTEMBER – EVENING

Windo Sky Bar, Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile

Closing Reception

After the event, members are invited to join us for goodbye drinks at the highest panoramic bar in the City of Lights. From the 34th floor, admire breathtaking views of the Parisian skyline.

With the Eiffel Tower glowing in the distance, take a breath after the event and enjoy everything the Parisian skyline has to offer.

Located just a few steps from the most beautiful avenue in the world, the Palais des Congrès de Paris hosts more than 200 national and international events each year, bringing together more than one million participants from all over the world.

ACCOMODATION

We have provided a number of hotel options for your stay in Paris. The Business Option: Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile, is the main conference venue where a number of functions throughout the event will be hosted. The accommodation is ideal for single occupancy travellers. We have a great room rate secured at the conference hotel. Our Business+ Option – Le Méridien Etoile is opposite the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile and Palais des Congrès. Our group rate at the Le Méridien Etoile are for Club LM rooms offering a complimentary access to the LM Club Lounge. Finally we have provided recommendations of Luxury 5 star hotels within the vicinity of the conference venue.

  • Guests may cancel their reservations with no penalty up until 72 hrs of check in.
  • Cancellations received 72 hrs prior to check in, including but not limited to no-shows, will be charged the full length of stay
