Schedule Overview
Friday, Jan. 17:
- Evening: Cocktail party & dinner (5:30-9 PM). Venue depends on final numbers.
Saturday, Jan. 18:
- Meeting: 8 AM at Broward County Bar Association (1051 SE 3rd Ave, Fort Lauderdale). Breakfast is provided.
- Speakers: 8:45 AM to noon (details to come).
- Afternoon: Free time for golf, beach, shopping or the Fort Lauderdale Food & Wine Festival (Grand Tasting 1-4 PM (ticketed) —link for more info. https://vlfoodwine.com/).
- Dinner: Private room at Chima Brazilian Steakhouse (2400 E Las Olas Blvd).
Sunday/Monday, Jan. 19-20:
- Free days! Enjoy the beach, Food & Wine Festival, or explore. No formal plans, but I’m sure groups will gather

B Ocean Resort (1140 Seabreeze Blvd, Fort Lauderdale):
- Special rate: $229/night for ocean view room (+$23 reduced resort fee, $55 parking (everyone flying to FLL should Uber/taxi).

- Limited rooms available in the block—book now! The rate applies 3 days before/after the event (email me if the rate isn’t showing for extended dates). If the block fills quickly I will attempt to increase it. If you are unsure if you are coming, are still deciding, or are likely to stay somewhere else, please do not book a room. I have to personally guaranty the room nights.
You do not have to stay at the conference hotel. There are many hotel options at the beach including the Ritz and Four Seasons.
Conference Cost
Estimated $300–$350 per person (includes meeting and dinners). I have been able to keep this low thanks to our 4 generous sponsors.
