We were so pleased we could finally return to Asia and spend some memorable days together in Bangkok.
This IR ‘On the Road’ Bangkok event was attended by over 125+ members coming from 50+ jurisdictions around the world. Naturally, attendees wanted to meet and reconnect, and this was reflected in the content of the program, with a strong emphasis on identifying business opportunities in the Asia /Pacific region.
Professionally, we heard from leading authorities on the imperative of strategic leadership and on amplifying attending firms’ cross-referral marketing. We also heard from three IR Asia/Pacific members who spoke about working within the Asia/Pacific market and entry points. The schedule also allowed for significant networking time and breakout sessions.
Whilst socially, there was a variety of member-hosted events, opening drinks reception, luxury networking dinner at the stunning Sala Rim Naam & closing drinks river cruise along the Chao Phraya river.
Our Saturday excursion explored the temples of Bangkok including Wat Pho or the temple of Big Reclining Buddha and Grand Palace including temple of emerald buddha – Wat Phra Kaew.
