David Lloyd is the Managing Director and Principal at Bell Rock Group Financial Services Limited (“Bell Rock”), a Company Manager regulated by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority and specialist fiduciary services firm, founded in January 2013. Mr. Lloyd has over 25 years of senior level experience in the global investment funds and investment banking industry.
Prior to founding Bell Rock, Mr. Lloyd was an independent fund director at Walkers, acting on the board of a range of alternative investment funds. Up to 2009, Mr. Lloyd was a Director at Citi, in London, on the trading desk advising on, structuring and originating multi-asset and multi-strategy investment funds and capital markets transactions for institutional clients across EMEA.
