Sohan Sidhu is a partner within the immigration department of Ellisons Solicitors incorporating Gross & Co., Bury St Edmunds. Sohan has practised immigration law for over 20 years and provides advice on all aspects of UK immigration to individuals, families and business clients. Sohan also advises businesses who are seeking to employ key staff including assisting with sponsor licence applications and advising employers on compliance-related matters.

Sohan has extensive knowledge of the points-based system, nationality issues and a strong practice covering EU free movement law.
