Ronald Hogewind

Ronald has been practicing law since 1995. After graduating in Dutch Law and International Law at the University of Amsterdam in 1994, Ronald has acquired extensive expertise in construction, project development and real-estate transactions in many varieties, bonding both civil law (e.g. procurement and contracts) and public law (e.g. permitting, zoning planning) in his work. Before co-founding HYS & Co. Advocaten, he worked for the Municipality of Amsterdam, as head of legal of an international project development company (TCN Property Projects) and was a salary-partner at Lexence law firm in Amsterdam. Ronald furthermore attained the highly regarded post-academic degree Master of Real Estate (MRE) at the Amsterdam School of Real Estate in 2002. Through his extensive knowledge and expertise (both locally, nationally and internationally) of the entire development-construction-investment -exploitation life cycle of projects – whether these are residential, commercial or industrial – he is well placed to assist in any stage and at any level, both on behalf of employers or contractors alike.
