Petr provides legal support to the clients in establishment and reorganization of businesses, due diligence, drafting contracts and other corporate and commercial law matters. Petr also assists clients on commercial disputes.
Petr’s notable projects include:
- Representing one of the largest Russian steel producers in connection with the sale of one of its enterprises;
- Representing Turkish developer in a number of acquisitions and joint ventures in relation to construction projects in Moscow;
- Providing legal support to one of the largest Russian oil and gas production companies in connection with the settlement of a dispute with its contactor;
- Providing legal support to Altimo in the $23.8 billion transaction with Telenor to combine their respective holdings in VimpelCom and Kyivstar;
- Representing the client in establishment of a joint venture with UPM for the construction of plants for the production of pulp, OSB and lumber in the Vologda region, estimated at 1.2 billion Euros.
