Nihale Rouhana joined Ravet & Associés in November 2022.
She works in the field of business law, mainly on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and external growth operations with French and foreign investors.
She also works with the Trust department.
With extensive experience in Lebanon, Nihale is able to appear before the courts and tribunals of Beirut with a view to assisting her clients in the resolution of their international disputes.
