Head of Working Group no. 7 with the TP Forum in Poland (in charge of TPR declaration – Q&A document). Involved in projects related to designing intra-group settlement models (including based on the profit split method) and their defense during tax audits, preparing transfer pricing policies and filing applications for Advance Pricing Agreements.
Experienced in preparing benchmarking analyses, including for manufacturing, distribution, financing, service and licensing activities as well as transfer pricing documentation (also the adaptation of documentation prepared at the group level to fit local regulations).
Before joining MDDP, she worked in a Big Four company and in a large Polish tax advisory firm.
