SDH multidisciplinary offering combines the know-how of our property, construction, corporate and finance lawyers. Our advice includes commercial and residential real estate transactions, development projects, joint ventures, all aspects of corporate real estate, optimizing structures in acquisition processes, conducting real estate due diligences and construction law.

Apart from being members of the European Lawyers Group network, the lawyers of sdh attorneys at law have successfully established numerous contacts with partner law firms in Austria and abroad, in particular in Eastern Europe and in the Arab Region. Thus, we are able to advise clients in all fields of the law and in all countries of the EU, Eastern Europe, especially Russia, and in the Arab countries, and to provide local support.

The foundation for sdh was laid in 1995 by Markus Stender, then a one-man law firm at the location of the present office in Vienna. Over the last few decades the firm, , has been continuously and successfully expanded and by training young colleagues (most of whom are now members of the Vienna office) we have managed to establish a law firm with various specialisations.

The working languages of the law firm are German, Spanish, English, Russian and Greek. Besides Vienna as the starting point and point of contact for a number of legal networks the opening of the office in Madrid (Spain) in 2015 constituted a further step towards globalisation.

Embedded between the University of Vienna, the Burgtheater and the City Hall our law firm is situated in the historic Landtmann House, the head office of sdh attorneys at law.

OFFICE MADRID

Since 2015 our office in Madrid, the heart of Spain, has been a contact point for Spanish and international clients. This office is specialized in property acquisition and property finance.
