Kazuma Higuchi is a managing partner of Higuchi & Partners, LPC based in Tokyo, licensed to practice in Japan and New York. He graduated in B.A., Law at Keio University (1995-1999) and obtained his M.A. in Language and Sociology from School of Hitotsubashi University and passed the Japan Bar Exam in 2000. Kazuma also obtained L.L.M. at the University of Michigan Law School in 2007. During his practical experience in Chicago, he was admitted to New York State Bar in 2008 and founded the independent international law firm in 2011. He is a member of several legal associations such as Japan Federation of Bar Associations, Tokyo Bar Association (TBA), American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and International Bar Association (IBA). He has also been serving as a Vice-chair of International Committee of TBA since 2011, a Vice-chair of Regional Development Subcommittee of International Sales Committee of IBA since 2012, and a National Representative of Japan of AIJA since 2016. He frequently appears as panelist at major international conferences.
