John R. Kormanik, Esq., is a Professional Certified Coach credentialed by the International Coach Federation. He knows first-hand how legal training the world over creates world class lawyers and can prevent those same attorneys from reaching their full potential as lawyers, leaders, and human beings.
Prior to launching his attorney-only coaching practice, John worked in the public sector as an Idaho Deputy Attorney General, in the private sector at a medium-sized law firm as both an associate and a partner, and also owned and lead a small law firm for 16 years.
His 20+ years of experience as a practicing attorney and law firm owner and a decades-long quest to be a world-changing entrepreneur, have equipped John to guide his clients on a truly transformational journey.
John’s professional certifications include iPEC Certified Professional Coaching, International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), COR.E Leadership and Performance Dynamics Specialist, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, and Certified DISC Practitioner. These certifications, along with his legal training and real-world experience leading teams of outstanding attorneys, enable John to partner with his clients in ways other coaches aren’t able to.
Although John calls in Boise, Idaho, his home base, he is a citizen of the world and enjoys working in locations throughout the world. He and loves riding his mountain bike, being in nature, spending time with his family and friends, and starting each day with a walk with Olive, his yellow Labrador retriever.
