Representation of national and foreign Produce Distributors in their different legal issues of commercial transactions with their growers of fresh produce, including but not limited to, Corporate acquisitions of agricultural land issuing Series “T” Shares for the Company’s shareholders, transaction negotiation, secured and unsecured production loan agreements and their promissory notes, distributor agreements (cutting, slicing, dicing, packing, Pick & Pack), payment of debt formula during the process of distributing the agricultural products, collections and debt restructuring, security formalization before Mexican Notary Public and filling in the corresponding Public Registry.

The firm also provides to the Produce Industry, support in the establishment of their securities and collateral of crops, or their assignee of secured crop by recording it before the Secretary of State of Arizona, Texas, California, and/or Washington D.C., U.S.A., as the case may be, pursuant to the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC1), supported by associated Firms located in said cities, among others produce related matters.

Also we practice in the cities located on the states surrounding the state of Nuevo Leon, which are (i) Tamaulipas (the cities of Nuevo Laredo, Reynosa, Matamoros, Tampico); (ii) Coahuila (the cities of Saltillo, Ramos Arizpe, Monclova, Torreon, Piedras Negras), (iii) San Luis Potosi, among others states and their related Mexican cities and the states surrounding the state of Guanajuato, which are (i) Aguascalientes, (ii) Queretaro, (iii) Jalisco, (iv) .
